The original 17 minute video was produced through the cooperation of Carmel High School, Carmel, Indiana and coach John Wingfield of USA Diving. The purpose is to illustrate NFHS rules for swimming and diving that have been changed since the last production. Among the areas covered are progression used for teaching diving, and how that same progression can be used to train officials. Also covered are stats, take off's and how to minimize risk at high school swimming events. Released 2001. Now available as a DVD.
